- Book a time and date directly with an Unraid Support expert or next available appointment
- Select Appointment type: Configuration or Troubleshooting
- Answer the support in-take questions, upload server diagnostics (if applicable), and Pay ($150/hour)
- Your Unraid Pro will confirm the appointment via email and provide info on the remote assistance tool they will be using to remote into your server
