Version 7.2.0 Full Release Notes
Beta 3 focuses on stability, usability, and polish, addressing community feedback from earlier betas while continuing to refine the new responsive webGUI, storage improvements, and built-in API.
Unraid 7.2 introduces major new features alongside significant fixes and refinements. Here are some of the the highlights:
You can now optionally sign into the webGUI with your Unraid.net account or any OIDC-compliant provider.
The Main page will now warn if any array or pool drives are formatted with ReiserFS. These drives must be migrated to another supported filesystem ASAP, as they will not be usable in a future release of Unraid (likely Unraid 7.3).
Similarly, the system will now warn if drives are formatted in a deprecated version of XFS. These need to be migrated before 2030.
See the Converting to a new file system type section of the Unraid Docs for details.
With this new program, you can build features you want to see, contribute to the open ecosystem, and get rewarded for your work.
