The final public beta release of Unraid OS 7.1.0 is ready for testing. This latest beta focuses on backend improvements, core component updates, and other fixes.
We’re back with another beta update in the 7.1 series, continuing to refine performance, squash bugs, and add polish as we march toward a stable release. This latest beta focuses on backend improvements, driver updates, and some important usability fixes.
As always, this is beta software—please do not run it on production systems. We welcome your testing and feedback!

We’re improving how patches are handled between releases, and as a part of this, the standalone Patch Plugin is being removed in this release.
Rolling back?If you need to roll back to an earlier release, simply reinstall the Patch Plugin manually. More details on this transition will be shared soon!
Good news for WiFi users: we're improving wireless chipset support!
Tip: You can place additional firmware files in:
/boot/config/firmware/
Before driver modules are loaded, they’ll be automatically copied to:
/lib/firmware/
