New USB Creator Launched

New and Improved

v1.0.0of our new and improved Unraid USB Creator is here!

This updated tool features a Linux (Debian) Binary, automatic EFI support on installs, and is built from the Raspberry Pi Imager.

Highlights:

1. Much faster download speeds (10x+ depending on your connection).
2. Automatic Legacy Boot support on Windows installs.
3. New, updated UI, with better progress indication and native drive formatting that results in faster formatting speeds and more reliability.

How it Works

1. Download for Windows, Mac or install on Linux
2. Plugin a high quality USB flash and select which OS version to write to the flash. Note: You can also erase/format a USB drive as FAT32 and run a custom version of Unraid with a .zip file.
3. Select your USB Drive:

The new USB Creator will indicate a good drive (above) vs. a blacklisted drive that does not contain a unique GUID for licensing purposes (below).

4. Customize options like naming your server and selecting your network mode (DHCP or a Static IP), click continue and write to the boot device.

5. Success! Now safely eject the USB device, plug it in to your server and commence fun.
